  • Game Save Data (Server-Side): For First-Party Games, we store your game progress (levels, inventory, scores) on our secure servers. This data is linked to your SessionId or User Account to allow you to resume play from any device.

2. Data we receive automatically

We automatically collect certain technical data to ensure site stability and security:

  • IP Address: Obfuscated immediately. Used strictly for security and broad localization.
  • Anonymous Content Telemetry: Aggregate counters (e.g., "View Counts") to help us rank popular content. This data is not linked to your user profile.

III. Cookies & Session Identifiers

We use cookies and unique identifiers to provide our services. We distinguish between two types of usage:

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

  • SessionId Cookie: This is a unique identifier assigned to your browser session.

  • Partners: Our partners (Google, Playhop) may place cookies to serve ads or load third-party games.

IV. How We Store Your Game Progress

To provide the best gaming experience, we use two distinct storage methods depending on the type of game and feature being used.

1. First-Party Games (Developed by Nocooldowns)

Storage Method: Server-Side Database.
How it works: For games developed directly by us, your progress is sent securely to our servers and linked to your SessionId. This allows for "Cloud Saves," enabling you to resume play across devices.
Legal Basis: This storage is necessary for the performance of the contract (providing the specific game functionality you requested).

2. Site Personalization & Local History

Storage Method: Local Client-Side Storage.
The Bundled Feature: When you use our portal features (such as "Recently Played" or "Favorites"), we store data locally on your device. We bundle this storage with our recommendation engine to provide a single "Personalized Gaming Experience."
Purpose: By enabling this feature, you authorize us to use this local data for two simultaneous purposes:

  • History: To maintain a list of games you have played or liked, regardless of who developed them.
  • Recommendations: To process this history using client-side algorithms (AI) to suggest new games that match your interests.

Note: This data is processed entirely on your device and is not used to build a profile on our servers.

V. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

VI. Third-Party Gaming Providers

We provide interactive games through partners like Playhop and GameDistribution via iframes.

  • Independent Data Controllers: These partners operate independently. We do not control, access, or manage how they store game sessions, progress, or cookies within their game frames.

  • Data Separation: We do not share your First-Party save data (SessionId) or your detailed Local History with these providers.

VII. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

For users identified as children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent):

  • Server-Side Data (First-Party): We store game progress associated with the child's SessionId solely for the purpose of supporting the internal operations of the game (allowing the child to resume play). This data is never used for behavioral profiling or advertising.
  • Local Data (Third-Party): Any personalization occurs locally on the device and is not uploaded to our servers.

We do not knowingly collect personal contact information (PII) from children without parental consent. If you believe we have done so, please contact us.

VIII. Your Rights & Contact

For Server Data: Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated game saves.
